For over 30 years, in various capacities, I have worked in the social services profession both locally and globally. I have enjoyed working in school systems, group homes, specialized therapeutic research, and volunteering with nonprofit organizations serving the vulnerable sector. I have been frequently humbled and inspired by the courage and resilience I have witnessed in people in my many years of walking alongside others. I use psychological studies and all my gained knowledge to compassionately assist those seeking counselling for marriage, all relationships, and individual counselling for anxiety, grief, depression and life transition.

My clients communicate they appreciate the genuinely empathetic way in which I help provide insight and knowledge to confusing and painful issues they are struggling with. I approach each session with kindness, focus, tenacity, and use only scientific evidence based therapeutic processes.

I have my Masters in Counselling Psychology and maintain national licenses with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a member of the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta.
